3. Our business and supply chains
As a professional services and technology consultancy, our activities are delivered primarily by our own people and by carefully selected associates and specialist subcontractors. Our supply chain is limited and consists mainly of providers of cloud infrastructure, software, professional services and standard office goods and services. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, but we recognise that risk can exist within extended and indirect supply chains.
4. Our policies
We are committed to conducting our business fairly, honestly and transparently. Our approach to preventing modern slavery is reflected in our wider commitment to:
- Treating all workers and associates with dignity and respect
- Paying fairly and complying with applicable employment and pay legislation
- Ensuring engagements are entered into freely and without coercion
- Expecting our suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent standards
- Encouraging the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation
5. Due diligence and risk assessment
We seek to work with suppliers, associates and partners who share our commitment to ethical business practices and lawful employment. Where appropriate, we assess new and existing relationships for modern slavery risk, taking into account the nature of the services provided and the location in which they operate. We reserve the right to review, and where necessary terminate, any relationship where we identify a credible risk of modern slavery or human trafficking.
6. Raising concerns
Anyone working for or with Vantivio Ltd is encouraged to raise concerns about any suspected instance of modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical conduct in our business or supply chains. Concerns can be reported in confidence to jnorman@vantivio.co.uk. All reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
7. Awareness and continuous improvement
We aim to build and maintain awareness of modern slavery risks among our people and to keep our approach under review. As our business grows, we will continue to develop our policies, due diligence and supplier engagement to reflect best practice and any applicable legal obligations.
8. Approval
This statement has been approved by the directors of Vantivio Ltd and will be reviewed and updated as necessary. The latest version will always be available on this website.
